BUILDING SHEPHERDS

The Building Shepherds’ is a Ministry that seeks to provide an avenue through Conference's which will aim at providing an opportunity for men in church leadership to be challenged in their commitment to biblical ministry and to find encouragement as we work together to become more effective servants of our great Shepherd who is Christ our Lord.

This Ministry exists to react to the demands and reality of less fortunate pastors who, despite their veterans' capacity to influence, are constrained because to a lack of formal or informal training. A spiritually oriented pacifist, defined by a passion and a desire to respond to need, faces language barriers due to low literacy levels and the inability to use available resources both online and in printed books, which are either done in English, which is their second or even third language, making it impossible for them to enjoy the privilege of the vast information on biblical masters available in our time. Inadvertently or unconsciously, they are confronted with the realities of the obstacles posed by biblical interpretation and appropriate exegesis of scripture, as they deal with cultural issues mixed with imported habits and beliefs, not to mention competing, misleading voices in the ministry. The Ministry exists to equip pastors, church leaders, and others in ministry training to properly care for the churches that the Lord has committed to them.
